We allow two guests per room for One Bedroom Pool Villa. Extra bed can not be set up in One Bedroom Pool Villa.
Should you need an extra bed, we can provide only in Two Bedroom Pool Villa and Three Bedroom Pool Villa in additional charge at (cost of Rp. 300.000 per extra bed including breakfast). Please let us know in advance as we cannot guarantee if you don’t request beforehand as it is subjects to availability.
Yes, children under 5 years old can stay for free in the same room and free breakfast too. Children under 12 years old will be charge for additional breakfast (Rp. 75.000/pax.
Our villa policy does not allow guests to smoke in their rooms. So, all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking only permitted at public areas and your living room.

Yes, usually the amount corresponds to the price of one night and it is nonrefundable. A pre-payment of the total cost of your stay may be needed for some special promotion rates.
You can pay using cash when paying directly to our hotel. We also accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and debit cards of local banks (BCA and BII).
If you booked your stay with us directly, please call our reservation team at +62 361 9342118 as soon as possible if you intend to cancel/change your booking. Please inform us in time as failure to do so will result in cancellation fee/no-show charge at the cost of one night stay. The Deadline to inform us of cancellation is at least 7 days prior to check-in date (during high seasons) and 2 days prior to check-in (during low seasons).
